Kingston HyperX Cloud Drone Headphones Launched in India

Kingston HyperX Cloud Drone
The Kingston HyperX Cloud Drone headphones have arrived in India and can now be purchased at Rs 3049. The pair of headphones would be available both offline and online outlets across the country starting this week.

According to the claims of the company, weighing in at just 220g, Kingston HyperX Cloud Drone is the lightest offering in its lineup of headsets. The device is aimed at gamers who hook up to their consoles and PC for extended periods of time, and like to plug in their headphones. It’s been equipped with over-the-ear cups fitted with leatherette memory foam on-the-ear cushions.

The HyperX Cloud Drone also ships with 40mm directional drivers which have been placed parallel to the ears. This position allows music to pour directly into the user’s ears, which the brand asserts ensures audio precision and gaming-grade sound quality. There’s also a braided set of cables that the manufacturer asserts are tangle-free and durable.

The Kingston HyperX Cloud Drone headphones also come equipped with a swivel-to-mute noise cancellation microphone to cut down on background noise and ensure clear voice quality. Users just have to move the unit vertically against the headphones to silence it. The device has apparently been certified by TeamSpeak and is optimized for chat tools like Skype, Discord, Mumble, Raidcall and Ventrilo.

The right ear cup of the HyperX Cloud Drone comes with an in-built volume control dial. Taking a closer look at its specs, the headset has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20000Hz and an impedance of 24 ohms. It’s compatible with various platforms such as PC, handsets, PS4, Mac, Wii U and Xbox One.
